A complete line of automated room temperature cold glueing and lamination system. Joints are dried naturally, to achieve maximum strength bond.
A most versatile and reliable edge gluing machine for the woodworking industry, for laminate board, parquet, flat stock, table top, core black truck floorings, turnings, chair seats and Queen Anne legs.
Caterpillar chain drives the clamp section rotational movement. A selection switch controls movement for auto and manual mode.
The clamp tightener is fitted with two pneumatic wrenches for rapid tightening and loosening of the clamp. The panel flattener pneumatically holds down the panels while the clamps are tightened. |
Roller with hundreds of groove are coated and spreadered by glue and precise control adhesive thickness, minimize material waste for achieving maximum bond. |
